The Previous Hero is a bunny-eared fighter standing beneath The Colosseum’s giant arches near the Pineapple Homes of the Floating Turtle. He’ll teach you the Electric Claw for $3,000,000 and 5,000 Fragments, but you must first complete a challenge. The Previous Hero’s quest involves reaching the Floating Turtle’s Mansion within 30 seconds. This feat should prove no problem with the Light Fruit’s Shining Light. Once you’ve cleared the time trial, return to the Previous Hero to purchase your reward, the Electric Claw.
