Codes that start with “MD_” require you to reach a certain level first before they can be redeemed. If you don’t have a friend who can help you boost, it takes around 4 hours of grinding early levels to get to Level 15.

How Do I Redeem the Promotional Gift Codes?
To redeem any working Roblox Multiverse Defenders gift code, you’ll need to interact with the Codes NPC first, unlike other tower defense games like Zombie Defense, which feature a special menu. Log into the game’s lobby and head north towards the rapid commuter train platform. Before you go down the staircases, look to your left. The Codes NPC should be sitting on a bench across the AFK Mode portal.
Walk inside the purple circle and the “Code” window will appear. Type in any code you want to use from the table above and press “Redeem.” The rewards will be shown on your screen if you enter the correct codes.
