Right off the bat, Chapter 5 of Roblox Terminal Escape Room drops you into some air ducts and only one direction. There’s no turning back now. Chapter 5: Infiltration continues the tradition of clever puzzles with out-of-the-box solutions, like Chapter 4. Before I get to that, why don’t you grab the keycard that’s in the air ducts with you first? There are three more to find, for a total of four, and you’ll need all four to escape!
Locating Keycard 1 & 2 in Terminal Escape Room
Although it may not look like it at first, you can walk through the vent to enter the office below. The second keycard is found by opening the correct locker in the Locker Room.
- Using the first keycard you found in the air ducts, open the door to the kitchen. It’s on the same wall as the air duct.
- Pick up the hand towel on the stove.
- Go over to the locker room door, but don’t enter just yet.
- Swab the mug on the desk that’s up against the same wall as the locker room door. You’ll now have a sample of DNA.
Take that cloth into the locker room and use it to open Locker 27. That’ll get you Keycard #2 and you’re on your way to the next puzzle!
How to Get Keycard #3 in Terminal Escape Room
Head into the Testing Room and examine the names on the wall, accompanied by a heart. Those are buttons and pressing one will turn it to a virus symbol. You’ll find the name of Patient Zero on the wall and schedules of everyone they may have come in contact with.
Unfortunately, the answer is different for everyone, but I have some good news. It just so happens that every infected patient has the same schedule regardless. I’ve created a collage for you to use, so just cross reference who has the same schedule and mark them as infected with the buttons on the wall.
How to Complete the Compass Puzzle
This one involves cardinal directions. On several of the boards, there are two maps and instructions. The goal is to reach the Subway Station using the shortest route.
Those directions are then used to unlock the second box full of antidote materials. Otherwise, the code is W, N, E, N, E, N, and W, then press Enter on the keypad. Take the antidote materials and move onto the final mini-puzzle for Keycard #3.
How to Complete the Radio Puzzle
Yet another puzzle in Roblox Terminal Escape Room that has random elements between players. You’ll be on your own for this one, but I will explain how the puzzle works:
- Take a look at the text on the monitor opened to a document called ‘Tune Your Radio.’ It doesn’t look like it but it’s encrypted.
- The text will have two types of encryption.
- There are four other monitors located in the room that explain said encryption. You’ll have to use those methods to see if it’s what deciphers ‘Tune Your Radio.’
Once deciphered, you’ll take that 4-digit code and use it on the keypad near the virus puzzle. You should now have all 12 ingredients to make an antidote.
How to Complete the Antidote Puzzle
Now, each tube needs to be filled with one specific color. To do that, you have to move the orbs around, one color at a time, into a tube of its own. However, two different colors cannot touch, unless they were originally touching at the start.
If you’re colorblind, use the Colorblind Mode. I’ll refer to the orbs by their letter designation and color. Also, the tubes along the top I’ll refer to as Tube #1 through #7, going left to right. The ones along the bottom are 8 through 14.
- Fill Tube #14 with H Orbs (blue), then fill #13 with D Orbs (teal).
- Tube #4 will be the B Orbs (orange), then Tube #11 with L Orbs (gray).
- Tube #12 will be filled with A Orbs (red), then rearrange the orbs to fill Tube #3 with J Orbs (bright pink).
- Fill Tube #1 with E Orbs (light green), then move onto Tube #10 with C Orbs (yellow).
- You’ll have an empty tube by now, so fill it with F Orbs (dark green) and #7 with G Orbs (baby blue).
- K Orbs will go into Tube #2 and any of the remaining tubes with the I Orbs (purple).
With every color mixed properly, the box under the table with open and Keycard #3 is yours. Now for the final puzzle in Terminal Escape Room!
Obtaining Keycard #4 in Roblox Terminal Escape Room
Exit the Testing Room and go straight into the unmarked door straight ahead. It’ll open to a large room with multiple doors. Hang right and you’ll come to the Electrical Room. At the end of the Electrical Room, examine the electrical box to connect the colored wires to the correct outlets.
- Red: #4
- Orange: #2
- Yellow: #7
- Green: #1
- Blue: #5
- Purple: #8
- Pink: #6
- Black: #9
- White: #3
Now use the vent in the corner of the Electrical Room and grab the bag of ladder parts. You’ll need those for the next puzzle. Exit the Storage Room through the way you came.
The Camera Puzzle Solution
On the wall, next to the electrical box, is a large monitor. You can control which rooms the vent is connected to, but you can only be connected to one room at a time. Set it to the Surveillance Room. Here, you’ll have to figure out the order of the cameras to access the Vault.
There are a couple monitors to examine that’ll help you solve it or you can just punch in the following code into the computer: 6, 11, 5, 7, 9, 10, 8, 12, 2, 3, 1, 4. There’s now a monitor marked ‘CAM 00’ with an image of the vault door and the vault door 5-digit code: 40481.
Exit the Surveillance Room, set the vent to the Vault, and open the door to find a blank keycard. Grab that, go back through the vent, and exit the Surveillance Room. Leave the Electrical Room now and enter the Printing Room.
Use the computer closest to the door. We have to first reset the password to Anita’s account, then use it to print Keycard #4.
- Sign in with the user account aotlo.
- Choose forgot password? and you’ll see three security questions.
- From top to bottom, the answers are Ms Potata, Dorothy, and Honey.
- Reset the password to something you’ll remember.
- Load the Blank Keycard into the printer, then log into Anita’s account and print a level 4 keycard.
Take Keycard #4 from the printer, leave the Printing Room and enter the Stairway. Use your newly printed keycard to open the Chambers and celebrate. You’ve just completed Chapter 5 of Roblox Terminal Escape Room!
