Hospitals and ICUs have a spook factor when they are empty, so of course, it’s only natural for Roblox Terminal to have an escape room set there. As if Terminal: Detention was horrifying enough. That’s not the strangest part, though. You aren’t injured or sick. What in the world are you doing in the hospital then? Maybe you’ll find out as you follow along with my walkthrough and reach the end of Roblox Terminal Escape Room: ICU!
X-Ray Lightbox Puzzle Solution in Terminal: ICU
First up on the list of challenges is the lightbox. You’ll find that in the little room at the center of the wing, behind the desks. It has a series of shapes, a keypad (with shapes for buttons), and an intractable x-ray. To use the x-ray lightbox, you need the correct 4-digit password.
Using the small chart next to the “X-Ray Light Box” note, you’ll get a series of combinations that have already been attempted. With it, you can deduce the 4-digit password as Star–Arrow–Heart–Square.
Now interact with the x-ray lightbox on top and you’ll get a series of x-ray images stacked on one another, which you can drag into the center and reveal the patient’s injuries. You’ll use those for the next puzzle!
Patient Chart Puzzle Solution in Terminal: ICU
Head back into the room you started Terminal: ICU in. You’ll find a Patient Information Chart on the tablet nearby, as well as a series of patient ID bands. Your goal is to find out which room Maria’s in, break in with a lockpick (there’s one in your room), and escape.
Now, Maria’s room is Room 704, but unfortunately, you can’t take the lockpick and just break in. Terminal: ICU prevents you from solving the puzzle that way. You have to fill out the Patient Information Chat. If you want to be a good sport and do it yourself, I’ll give you the details you need to figure it out:
- The patient ID bands will help you figure out some of the chart.
- The clipboards at the desks also help fill in more info.
- The Operation Schedules next to the Operating Rooms door will also provide key info.
- The x-ray lightbox will help you match the patient’s to their injuries.
With those key sources, you’ll slowly but surely fill in the blanks. Try to focus on one patient at a time. Some patients are a complete mystery until others are solved, some are solved at the same time as others. If you’d rather skip the mystery and fill out the chart now, it’s the same for everyone:

How to Escape Terminal: ICU
Once you’ve got the chart filled out, select the little text box right next to Maria’s room number. This will confirm that you have the right room number. If you haven’t already, grab the lockpick near the Patient Information Chart.
Using the lockpick, break into Room 704 and grab the ID Card on the table next to the bed. Take the ID Card and use it on the fire exit, on the other side of the little room with the x-ray lightbox. And there you have it—that’s the end of Terminal: ICU!
