If you’re anything like me, you’ve long held a fascination with the Hollows from Bleach. It’s hard not to with their eerie appearances that can put you in a trance if you stare too long. Roblox Type Soul captures that vibe well as they let you go through the Hollow progression from Fishbone to Vasto Lorde. It’s not an easy journey, but if you want to gain any power and stay alive, you should push through the path as soon as possible.
Type Soul Hollow Progression Stages
Once you choose Hollow as your starting character, you’ll kick off a fun Type Soul progression that goes through four stages:
- Fishbone
- Menos
- Adjuchas
- Vasto Lorde
There’s work you must do if you want to progress from a lowly Fishbone to the incredible Vasto Lorde. So, learn the controls, and let’s start building our Hollow.
Fishbone
Fishbone is unremarkably weak. There are no unique abilities to speak of, so you want to focus on your Type Soul Hollow progression as soon as possible. To do this, kill and eat other Hollows. Hollows usually have an insatiable hunger, so consuming fellow Lost Souls is a key.
If you aim for other Fishbones, it might take some time before you ever evolve. However, consuming a Menos might get you to the next level faster. So, try to aim high if you can. As a tip, go for NPC Hollows. You can find them around the map, and by doing so at this stage, you can evolve your Hollow without interfering with anyone else’s Type Soul progression. Of course, it’s not necessary, but it is a nice thing to do.
Menos
Next up in our progression stage is Menos, AKA Gillian. They’re incredibly tall, towering in fact. Even though they look intimidating, they are slow. So, plan accordingly if you walking around. You can always rip off the mask, but this will end your Hollow progression in Type Soul and instead turn you into an Arrancar.
So, keep the mask on and kill other Hollows to move on to the next stage. Again, you can target NPCs, but as a Menos, it’s easy for others to target you. If you’re comfortable enough, go for the massacre. You can equip the Menos Cero skill and fire off a giant laser.
Adjuchas
You’ll know you killed enough as a Menos once your body breaks apart and you emerge as an Adjuchas. We’re back to a smaller size than the Menos, but we’re no less intimidating. The mask and the hunched body design make it more animalistic than Fishbone. Luckily, we can also use the Cero skill as an Adjuchas, making this progression stage even more exciting.
You can also remove your mask. Rather than just an Arrancar, you will become an Adjucar. But we don’t want that, do we? No, we want to go for the top of the food chain here and reach Vasto Lorde.
Vasto Lorde
Vasto Lorde is the final Hollow progression in Type Soul, and undeniably the hardest. This is because you have one chance to become Vasto Lorde. If you fail the final step in the list below, that’s it. You’ll drop back to the Menos form and will never be able to reach this stage again with that character.
For Vasto Lorde, there are a few steps you must take. Again: failing the final step is what causes you to miss out on becoming Vasto Lorde. You can fail the first few and keep going:
- Kill Adjuchas to earn 25 Mask Cracks
- Once words appear on the screen, search for the Vasto Lorde NPC enemy
- Slay the Vasto Lorde and become one yourself
By this point, you can remove your mask, transforming into a Vastocar to decimate your way through PvP and PvE. You can always use friends to help out in your journey. Or if you feel tough enough to solo it all, by all means, have fun.
