Epic Games is kicking off the new acquisition of Psyonix with a Fortnite themed event. The Llama-Rama event is the newest collaboration for the soccer game, collaborating with Epic Games this time. Rocket League’s new owners in the form of Epic Games have only emboldened their resolve for high-quality, free titles. As such, Epic is incentivizing new players to jump into the Rocket League experience by playing some casual games. With so many new items for both titles, fans will be pleased with the quality of these limited edition Rocket League themed cosmetics.
The new challenges that are added in the update are simple for new players. They all revolve around using the new cosmetics in tandem with good teamwork. Each one builds on the other with the first only requesting that the player enter a match to be rewarded with the Llama Antenna. The next challenges the player to win a match to earn the Llama topper. From then on the challenges are self-explanatory with making goals, saves, assists, and earning MVP to get the decal and wheels. Of course, finally is the eponymous Fortnite Battle Bus. Aside from Rocket League, the rewards in Fortnite are just as epic. From sprays and trails to music and emoticons, the rewards are filled with that iconic Psyonix flare. For Fortnite, the final reward is the iconic Octane back bling that showcases the most popular car in the Rocket League community.
