Have you ever wished you could time travel like Marty McFly did in Back to the Future? Movie lovers get your flux capacitor ready because it’s almost time to hit the road. In less than two weeks, Rocket League players will see the DeLorean Time Machine, as an officially playable Battle-Car. Details of the new car pack comes days before the anniversary of Marty McFly’s trip back in time on October 21st.
On October 21st, Marty McFly took fate into his own hands in Back to the Future, Part Two. He traveled back in time, using the iconic DeLorean Time Machine, to make a few changes in his life. You can change things up in your gameplay and show off the awesome looking “Back to the Future Car Pack.” The retail cost of the car pack will amount to $1.99 USD or its regional price equivalency in available areas on October 21, 2015. Rocket League is a physics-based vehicle soccer video game. It serves as a sequel to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. It includes single-player and multiplayer modes that can be played online as well as locally. The game’s creator company, Psyonix released Rocket League on July 7, 2015. Jeremy Dunham, the Vice President of Marketing for Psyonix, made the announcement today via Playstation’s blog. Jeremy Dunham says:
“Hopefully you’ll never forget your time with the DeLorean Time Machine either, as we’ve worked meticulously to recreate its look, feel, and folding jet-wheels just as they appeared in the original motion picture trilogy.”
