Kanye West‘s recent visit to Russia has a hidden agenda that involves his wife, Bianca Censori. The rapper landed in Moscow on Monday, and his presence has spun several conspiracy theories about a connection with President Vladimir Putin. However, reports suggest that Kanye’s trip is not politically motivated.
Russian producer Yana Rudkovskaya confirmed Kanye’s arrival, saying, “Kanye West is already in Moscow! This is super news! Staying in the very heart of the capital!” Despite Rudkovskaya’s previous claims that Kanye plans to hold a concert in Russia, there is no official confirmation of this. Instead, the state media manager, Tina Kandelaki, revealed that the trip has something to do with Censori. According to The Mirror, Kandelaki announced back in May,
“Our Russian brands are already sewing swimsuits with a fleece for the wife of the outrageous musician.”
Unfortunately, not all of Russia’s top officials are elated about Kanye’s presence and Censori’s risqué fashion choices. Ekaterina Mizulina, a close aide of President Putin, condemned the Donda rapper’s visit, saying, “We don’t need any Kanye West with his naked woman. We have enough of our own ‘naked’ parties.”
Kanye West Bombarded By Fans On Arrival
Although Kanye’s visit to Russia was sudden, his fans were more than prepared for his presence. Footage from the Daily Mail showed him in the Moscow subway, surrounded by a throng of fans. He reportedly saw the Kremlin and Red Square before checking into a $12,871 per night presidential suite at the Four Seasons Hotel, Moscow. It is believed that Censori joined her husband of two years on the visit. However, no photos have surfaced of her joining his walkabouts.
Per the publication, Kanye’s true reason for visiting Russia is the 40th birthday of fashion designer Gosha Rubchinskiy. He hired Rubchinskiy as Yeezy brand’s creative director in December 2023.
