Salma Hayek actually had fans on Instagram asking if she’s “real” as she debuted her Cannes Film Festival style for this year. Posting to her account this weekend, the MCU actress sizzled as she posed from a balcony, soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine and quickly impressing her followers with her look.
Looking a million dollars as she uploaded three sunkissed snapshots from her ocean-view balcony, Salma showed off her curves in a sequin-covered column dress, earning herself over 70,000 likes in two hours and even snagging one from actress Priyanka Chopra. The Frida star joins the 2024 Festival’s star-studded crowd, one that’s already welcomed celebrities including singer Selena Gomez, actress Meryl Streep, and supermodel Naomi Campbell.
Salma Hayek Stuns Instagram With Glittery Cannes Look
Striking poses from a balcony overlooking her five-star hotel, palms, and blue ocean waters, Salma dazzled in the sunlight as she rocked a strapless, floor-length gown from designer YSL.
Angling a hip slightly as she placed one arm on the balcony in her first photo, The Eternals actress highlighted her curvy waistline and ample bosom, then turning at different angles as she smiled and closed her eyes. Salma hadn’t scrimped on her accessories as she wore luxury Boucheron jewels, plus a gorgeous face of glam complete with a bold red lip.
In a caption, she wrote: “Golden hour in Cannes ๐ซ๐ท La hora dorada en Cannes.” Salma also thanked the various brands responsible for her look, plus her hairstylist and makeup artist.
Asked If She’s “Real”
Comments poured in as soon as the post went live. “Gorgeous,” one fan told the Mexico-born star. “Icon of beauty,” another said. Totally thrown by Salma’s look, a third asked: “Are you real?”
“You broke the internet again with this post my friend” was just another comment sending the Hollywood actress love. Salma is known for her love of designer brands, however, she tends to gravitate towards a select few, and it’s likely no coincidence that billionaire husband Franรงois-Henri Pinault owns the Kering Group which is a parent company to them.
Kering owns brands not limited to the YSL and Boucheron ones Salma donned in this share, plus Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, and Alexander McQueen. Salma has been married to Pinault since 2009 and shares teenage daughter Valentina with him.
In April, Salma stunned fans in this blue Balenciaga dress while enjoying travels to Italy. Her post even gained a like from fellow fashion icon, Jennifer Aniston.
