Sands of Salzaar has released V.1.0.21 update patch notes today, February 24, 2023. Here is the complete list of changes and fixes that will be added. Han-Squirrel Studio intends to address the issue of some skill errors, the reward calculation issue in the tournament, and functional skill problems reported by players.
The fantasy strategy game allows players to recruit, train and guide troops into the battle against rival cities and factions in a land full of hidden secrets. The Sands of Salzaar V.1.0.21 update patch notes come with several bug fixes; here is the full list.

V 1.0.21 Update log
- Fixed the issue where some characters’ functional skills/passive skills didn’t work functionally
- The developers fixed the issue where [Tiqin]’s skill [Alchemic Elixir] would cause the game to freeze when trying to heal allies.
- Fixed the issue where [Rwal]’s skill [Shade Soul Splitter] could be stacked indefinitely.
- Fixed the error that occurred during reward pool calculation in the Battle of Wits event.
- Optimized part of known localization issues in the game.
Update log for version 1.0.20:
- Fixed the issue of game crashes for some players on the character selection screen.
- Optimized the opening CG video and added it back to the game.
- Further optimized the loading process to address the issue of game crashes.
- The developers fixed the issue of incorrect team arrangements caused by the addition of certain characters in the Arena
- Fixed the functional bug caused by allowing two players to participate in the Arena in DLC2
- The dev team fixed the issue of players being able to receive rewards for watching the Arena battles in DLC2
- Fixed the issue of wrong translation in some newly added equipment in DLC2.
The developers have noticed that some passive and functional skills still have issues with triggering and usage. The dev team will address these problems in the next version, which the team will release next week. Sands of Salzaar is available on Nintendo Switch, Android, and PCs.
