Savannah Chrisley put her all into a squat-heavy workout on Instagram last year, one seeing the reality star eye up “pretty muscles.” Showing her 2 million+ fans how her sweat sessions go, Savannah delivered a series of immaculate squats while rocking a cute spandex outfit, and fans loved it.
Savannah might be making headlines for holding down the fort as parents Todd and Julie serve their prison sentences right now, but July 2022 was easier for the Chrisley Knows Best star.

Getting her heart rate up with trainer Erin Oprea, Savannah was filmed from a studio and matching Erin’s moves as the two ladies worked their thighs and glutes.
Outfitted in a bright green crop top and cropped, marbled leggings in black and white, Savannah kept stylish as she added in black and white sneakers, also rocking her blonde locks up in a ponytail.
The podcast host completed her outfit via stud earrings as she delivered slow jumping squats which she then held for a little breathing time and shimmy.
Looking Forward To ‘Pretty Muscles’
In a caption, Savannah wrote: “Can’t wait for the Pretty Muscles Challenge with @erinoprea starting August 15th! BUT you get accesss to the app to start playing with it as soon as you sign up! Do download her app and sign up before it’s too late! You will workout WITH ME! $40 for a 4 week challenge. LINK IN BIO.”
Also closing her post with a still shot showing herself and Erin in selfie mode, Savannah made sure to list the moves that made up her “inner thigh game challenge.” Fans have left the Southern Belle over 23,000 likes.
“Great video,” one fan replied. “Work girl!!! Work,” another said.
Savannah last year also made headlines for revealing her past body image issues. Looking back on her disordered teen years, the SASSY founder told fans: “At 17, when I was competing in pageants, I struggled with a borderline eating disorder. I would workout twice a day, not go to sleep until I ran at minimum 6 miles, and I would only eat once a day. I was 5”8 at 110 pounds. I WAS NOT HEALTHY!”
Plenty of therapy and work on her thought processes have since put Savannah in a much healthier place. The star has, in the past, also fronted weight loss brand South Beach Diet, joining stars including singer Jessie James Decker.
