With the Christmas holidays, in addition to the parties, school festivals are also a popular part of the season. However, repeating the same plays can be tiring and even boring year after year. That’s why some schools want to make their activities unique and unforgettable. Yet, this school play went viral on Reddit for going overboard and causing an indoor explosion. The most worrying thing is that this chaos involved many young children, in addition to the parents present. So, as excited as we are for the holidays, everyone’s safety should always come first.
This video, which started circulating on the internet, depicts an accident at a nursery in Kazakhstan. This indoor explosion on Reddit was caused by the school play staff having the wrong fireworks, and they were detonated by accident. Initially, the school wanted indoor fireworks but confused them with outdoor fireworks. Even so, fireworks are pretty dangerous to use, even more so for those inside a building and with small children nearby.
Having an expert in explosives nearby is definitely better, but the idea is still one of the worst I ever heard.
Many users were really concerned about all those affected in this incident and focused on how dangerous it is to use fireworks, even as adults.
Fortunately, according to the notes, it does not appear that anyone with serious injuries or at least some type of wounds attended the local hospitals in Kazakhstan. In addition, there were no related reports at the city’s police stations. We can’t stress too much that now, with the holidays or any excuse to use fireworks, we have to be too cautious with ourselves and our surroundings. I don’t deny that fireworks look beautiful and are very festive for the parties, but their danger seems to outweigh their “benefits.”
