Scott Disick is making a family statement on Instagram amid ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian‘s pregnancy. The reality star and dad to Kourtney’s three kids updated his account over the weekend. Scott has made headlines for keeping somewhat of a low profile since 44-year-old Kourtney announced her pregnancy last month. However, Scott Disick’s Instagram today gave a giant nod to his baby mama. The Talentless founder posted on Saturday to shout out daughter Penelope’s birthday. Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian welcomed Penelope in 2012.
Scott Disick Puts On Family Display For Daughter’s Birthday
Scott’s photo showed the inside of his home. The L.A.-based star had decorated a wall with birthday balloons to celebrate his daughter’s special day.
Choosing a girly shade of pink, Scott spelled out “HAPPY BIRTHDAY P” via the balloons. Tiny ones near the floor added further pops of color. Keeping things simple and not showing his face, Scott Disick told his 29 million Instagram followers: “Go peep it’s your birthday.”
Disick Keeps Low Profile Amid Kourtney Kardashian Pregnancy
Scott and Kourtney are also parents to sons Mason and Reign. Poosh founder Kourtney made global headlines in June for confirming that she is expecting her first baby with husband Travis Barker.
In June, US Weekly reported that Scott had made contact with Kourtney amid her bombshell news. “Scott knows this is what Kourtney has wanted for a long time and as bittersweet as it was, he reached out to congratulate her and Travis,” a source told the outlet. He has also spoken on-screen regarding his ex’s marriage.
“Now that Kourtney has her life with Travis, as hard as it is, it does give me a place to finally be able to move on,” Scott has shared. Scott Disick features his three children on Instagram but rarely mentions ex, Kourtney Kardashian. The former couple parted ways in 2015.
