Not everyone reacts to rejection maturely, and a man identified in a viral post as a “Proud Boy” in Seattle, Washington, appeared to prove that point after storming out of a credit union when his loan application was denied.
An Instagram user shared the short clip capturing the moment. In the video, the man is seen standing at a credit union counter, while a woman behind the counter and an older man seated nearby stared at him as he walked away angrily, saying, “you [expletive] with the wrong [N-word] bro.” The disgruntled man then added, “You [expletive] with me, I’ll [expletive] you up,” before exiting the building completely, leaving those inside visibly stunned by his reaction.
“Seattle Proud Boy Drops the… after getting denied a loan,” the caption of the video read, explaining that his outburst came after he was denied access to a loan. The comment section was quickly flooded with reactions. “Proud Boy? Sound like a broke boy,” someone wrote, insinuating that he sounded more broke than proud. Another joked about the lack of security response, “Only in Seattle.. security didn’t even do nothing😂.”
“That ‘cheerful demeanor’ vanished fast. Nothing exposes someone’s character quicker than how they act when they don’t get their way. Disgusting behavior,” a third commenter wrote, while another added sarcastically, “Doesn’t he qualify for the fake $50,000 ICEIS bonus? Bahahahaha!” A user suggested the outburst may not have been out of character, writing, “You know this wasn’t his first time saying this. 🥲“
Another made a political jab, “Maybe Donald Trump will loan him the money 🤣,” while this commenter added, “How irresponsible you gotta be to get denied a loan as a White man 😂? Insane.”Another person joked about his quick exit, “He left so fast because he knew something fist and feet was coming his way. 😂😂😂”
