If you aren’t careful, the Hall of Mirrors will leave you seeing double in Anime Defenders. This Roblox tower defense game tasks you with stopping waves of enemy mobs. Thankfully, you’ll have a selection of anime heroes from Jujutsu Kaisen and other anime to help you out. Easy mode is a cakewalk even with a small group, but you’ll need a full squad of well-prepared players if you want to stand a chance at besting Nightmare mode. Here are some pro tips and tricks for Hall of Mirrors in Anime Defenders Roblox.

Update 3 Hall of Mirrors Guide

Hall of Mirrors mode offers exclusive drops, but claiming them isn’t easy. Let’s start with the basics. This mode consists of four difficulties: Easy, Normal, Hard, and Nightmare. When you beat a difficulty for the first time, you unlock the next higher difficulty. Although the following tips apply to every difficulty, they’re targeted toward Nightmare players, since that mode offers the toughest challenge (and the best rewards). Here are some other important tips when you first get started:

  • The Hall of Mirrors is located just outside spawn (pictured above)
  • You must be at least Level 20 to participate in this mode
  • Hall of Mirrors mode lasts for 30 minutes
  • Each wave lasts for two minutes (15 waves total)
  • You earn rewards for each wave that you complete
  • Hall of Mirrors is a co-op mode for up to 10 players

The first big tip for Hall of Mirrors in Anime Defenders is to always play with a team, especially on the higher difficulties. Although you attempt it solo or with small squads, minions spawn too fast and with too much health to be manageable solo on the higher difficulties. Even if you don’t have enough friends on your friends list, you can always just hang around the Hall until other players arrive.

Unit Selection and Hall of Mirrors Tips

The early waves start slow with few tracks to defend, so take advantage of the quiet period to play money units and farm as much as possible before things get hectic. The early game is also the best time to discuss strategy with your teammates before you’re dealing with multiple tracks. Chat can get messy with 10 players, especially if you’re playing with randoms, but the extra coordination helps a lot. With that said, here are some specific tips to help dominate Hall of Mirrors:

  • Play units closer to the middle of the Hall rather than on the edges
  • Use units with powerful AoE attacks to maximize their multi-lane effectiveness
  • Hall of Mirrors is all about multi-lane control, so don’t fixate on single-path strategies
  • Upgraded units like Curse Knight and Gojo are great for their high DPS potential
  • Strong support units like Pink Rockstar can still be useful for their attack buff
  • Buffs from multiple Pink Rockstars stack, but don’t overcrowd the lanes
  • Admiral of Ice is great for slowing packs

Using Pink Rockstar and Bloomer for an early farm, you should be able to get your strongest Legendaries and Mythics onto the field before the waves get too rough. That’s essential, because lane defense gets much harder (and messier) once you have a dozen tracks to watch. While pure DPS matters, the Burn damage of units like Flame Dragon God is often even more valuable over time. Find a good spot for DoT units to ensure incoming minions take maximum damage.

Spawn Killing in Anime Defenders Hall of Mirrors

Usually spawn killing (destroying an enemy mob as soon as it spawns in) is a good idea, but in the Hall of Mirrors mode of Anime Defenders, there’s no real point. Waves last 2 minutes no matter how quickly or slowly you kill mobs. It’s better to place units closer to the center (where they can do more multi-lane work) instead of closer to the mob spawn points (where they can spawn kill). Find the right spot for powerful units like The Pro Gamer, Demon King, and Shadow Dragon and you’ll shatter the Hall of Mirrors for good.
