Road rage incidents can be pretty insane sometimes. You usually expect that you would see some punches being thrown, and that’s it. Well, some instances can be a lot more extreme. This is what happened to a shocked Chicago man who was left stunned after a road rage incident that happened to him. While he was driving, there was a white car in front of him. The guy does what anyone would do and moves to the empty lane next to him. Well, the other driver didn’t like that for some reason. They decided to move to the other lane as well to block the man from passing them. Now that’s immature. The guy tried to ignore this and moved to the other lane again, and still the other driver tried to move there too, but he changed his mind and stayed in his lane.
You would think that after the Chicago man drove away, the situation was over. That didn’t happen. He drove a decent distance and then started noticing that the other driver was chasing him. Of course, he didn’t stop and kept driving. Unfortunately for him, he had to stop at one point because a truck was passing by. This is when the other driver caught up to him. Guess what they did? They drove next to the guy and shot at his car with a gun. He could have been dead just because he wanted to drive in an empty lane. Imagine receiving this kind of reaction because you passed someone else. You can even hear the gunshot when it happened. The Chicago guy later discovered that he had been shot when he saw a bullet hole in his car. A memory he won’t forget.

The Chicago man wasn’t the only one shocked at what happened. Not only did people find the situation insane, but some people also found it scary. “That’s scary. Glad you alright it could’ve been worse,” one woman wrote. That’s definitely true. One person also commented on how the guy was shot at for basically nothing. “jus got shot at for nun ??” they asked. Some comments accused the victim of doing something to upset the other driver, and that he didn’t film it. This made someone say, “People in the comments asking ‘what did you do to them?’ Without realizing this is reality. People are going off and shooting for little to nothing.” This is not the first time someone has lost their mind while driving for trivial reasons.
Aside from doubting the Chicago driver, more people kept commenting on how insane the situation was. “They didn’t want you to pass them? Like what people are so angry nowadays,” one person wrote. No one is patient anymore. Of course, since a gun was involved, someone had to bring up the gun discourse as they said, “but guns arent the problem right?” That started another debate, which is what happens every time someone mentions guns. There was also one person who pointed out the obvious by asking, “is that not attempted murder??” That’s why the driver contacted the cops, but he didn’t provide any updates. Thankfully, the video posted by the Chicago man was one where you got to see how some people are crazy, and not a video where you witness a murder.
