The answer, for a while, seemed to be the kids. However, it’s more complicated than just saying that is the case. Many of the adult kids have their own reservations about appearing on the show and what they share when they choose to. The younger kids are at the mercy of their parents, but the show has never been about delving too deeply into their lives.

A recent poll on the Sister Wives subreddit asked Redditors who watch the series to weigh in on whether the reality series should continue. As of the writing of this article, the poll has just over 24 hours left, with more than half of fans saying Christine’s wedding should mark the end of the series.

Obviously we all like watching it but no, I think it’s time to end it. Especially with Garrison’s death having happened. These people’s grief do not need to be put under a microscope.

Many Redditors pointed out that despite their own discomfort with the show continuing, it’s ultimately up to the family to decide when they’re ready to walk away.
I’m gonna be real. If they cancel it, I’ll be kind of bummed, but I would understand why and I would move on with my life. If they continue it, i would absolutely continue to watch.
My sincere hope is that they just end it after the season that they’ve already filmed, just to wrap everything up. Perhaps they add in a few specials at the end like they did this past year and then we call it a day.
