Here you will meet an experienced hunter and workshop owner in the center of the village named Wulf Wild-Blood. After a dialogue, you will learn that Wulf Wild-Blood has been searching for his brother Thorkild for years. A couple of years ago, his brother left and was never seen again, and attempts to find him were unsuccessful. Wulf Wild-Blood still believes that the brother may be alive but believes that he has turned into a werebear.
You must find Wulf Wild-Blood lost brother, but doing this is not easy. Unlike most other search missions, Torkild does not have an exact spawn location and can find his through a random encounter in one of the following locations:
- Explore the area just off the coast west of Glacial Cave.
- Look outside of Raven Rock.
- Head south of Bujold’s Retreat and search here.
- Explore the area along the path under the cliff east of Saering’s Watch
- Head west of the Broken Tusk Mine and look out over the coast.
- Look around the area near the coast south of the Water Stone.

Once you find Torkild in one of these locations, you must talk to him. After that, he will turn into a bear and attack you, because of which you have to kill him. After that, you must examine his body. By the way, there is a little chance that you will find Torkild immediately dead, and you do not have to fight him in such a situation. To complete the Filial Bonds quest in Skyrim, you must travel back to the village and tell Wulf Wild-Blood what happened.
