Sony has officially revealed the free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers for June 2024, and it’s another strong month for fans of old-school beat-em-ups and platformers. The lineup will be available to download from Tuesday, June 4 to Monday, July 1, 2024. The free games can be accessed by anyone who is subscribed to PlayStation Plus Essentials, or a higher tier.
The reveal was made as part of the Days of Play announcement. Like before, all of the games coming to PlayStation Plus are playable on PS5. But some games may not be playable on PS4.
PlayStation Plus Free Games For The Essential Tier For June 2024
- Streets of Rage 4 (2020)
- AEW Fight Forever (2023)
- SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake (2023)
Usually, the company staggers the reveals for the Essential games and the Extra and Premium catalog additions, but this time everything is being revealed all at once.
PlayStation Plus Games For The Extra Tier
- Dredge | PS4, PS5 (available May 29)
- Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 | PS4 (available May 31)
- Cricket 24 | PS4, PS5 (available June 5)
- Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition | PS4, PS5 (available June 7)
PlayStation Plus Games For The Premium Tier (Classic & VR Games)
Even though sales numbers of PSVR2 have stopped, there are still some good games to play for those who own the headset:
- Tomb Raider Legend
- Star Wars: The Clone Wars
- Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus
PlayStation Classic fans will get access to the following games:
- Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord
- Walkabout Mini Golf
- Synth Riders
- Before Your Eyes
- The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapters 1 & 2
Keep in mind that all subscribers can currently get last month’s games until the start of June, so if you haven’t claimed them yet, do so before they are gone:
