This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information.

For the past year now, people have been in self-isolation and quarantine with very little to occupy themselves with. That said, much of the boredom and newfound free time has driven people further towards online spaces and increased use over the year. Not to mention the growing gaming sales that have also considerably increased interest in games both new and old. Taking advantage of that growing space, of course, Sony is continuing to offer free games through their Play At Home offer during the pandemic. Delivering just a few titles like Journey and the Nathan Drake Collection last April, Sony is expanding that selection. Exactly like the Ratchet and Clank offer, these new additions will be free, but only for a limited time. Starting on March 25, fans can download select PlayStation titles entirely for free.

#PlayAtHome update! PlayStation is offering 10 free games to download this spring, including PS4 indie gems, PS VR games, and Horizon Zero Dawn.

What Games Will Play At Home Make Available?

Of course, the selection doesn’t exactly include all triple-a titles, but the niche collection is very attractive. With tons of content across the entire genre spectrum, this year’s play at home definitely has one title for everyone. Indie titles like Paper Beast and Abzu are wonderful artful explorations into digital worlds that are perfect pairs for any PlayStation system. They’ve even included Rez Infinite and Thumper for some high-octane gameplay at breakneck speeds. The mix of titles is perfect for those interested in them, but never had the chance to fully experience and understand them.

Yet, Sony also discussed their plans to continue the program for a few months with Horizon Zero Dawn in April. With more titles to soon be announced, all of these games are available to any owner of recent PlayStation systems with an internet connection. While you don’t need PlayStation Plus to grab these games, it would open up even more free titles to play. Be sure to check back for more news on what PlayStation games are coming to Sony’s Play At Home program.
