The woman would then record the run-in and post it to the TikTok account @CarmenKlepper, and it has since gone viral. The clip has over 100,000 views and 11,000 likes, as TikTok sees the woman sit through a surprise sermon at the dentist.
The TikTok begins with the younger woman recording herself while sitting in the waiting room of a dentist’s office. However, it becomes clear very early on that she is not alone or being left alone while she waits. In the clip, a second voice can be heard speaking about God and Satan, as well as other religious things. However, that’s not where it would stop. The older woman then begins talking directly to the South Carolina TikToker.

The woman can then be heard asking if she wants to talk about God or if she wants him out of the way. The person recording then answers with a simple yet clear, “I do,” regarding not talking about religion. Although that wouldn’t matter, as the older woman would just continue on anyway. As the mystery woman continues preaching about how “sad” she feels for the woman recording, tensions are seemingly high. However, the younger woman remains pretty respectful during the duration of the encounter. The older woman continues to speak about God and Satan, as the TikToker just nods and smiles.
The South Carolina woman is obviously uncomfortable having this conversation with a stranger. Although her waiting room nightmare has just begun. The older woman then says, “If you only knew where you were going,” which prompted a slight laugh from the TikToker. She would then double down by making it very clear that “Satan is real.”
Luckily for the South Carolina woman, her strange time in the waiting room had finally come to an end. It is unclear what actually prompted the older woman to begin talking about religion so heavily. However, a dentist’s office waiting room is hardly the time or place for those kinds of conversations.
