A woman visited a Walmart in South Sacramento just so she could get even with, not another customer, but a cashier. Apparently, the woman was pushed to do so because of an alleged road incident involving the cashier’s husband.
The tense moment, captured on video by a bystander, showed the woman standing behind the register and furiously yelling at the cashier in front of stunned shoppers. “Your husband spit on me because I ran a stop sign. That was you, right?” she shouted while getting in the other woman’s face. The cashier’s response wasn’t clearly audible in the recording, but she raised her hand, which was in a cast, to block the woman’s advances.
That didn’t stop the woman one bit and she continued yelling, even shouting at one point, “I would beat you up on behalf of your husband.” When the cashier managed to push her away to create distance, the woman shoved off her hands and stepped closer again, still accusing the worker’s husband of spitting on her.
Moments later, store security intervened and moved between the two to prevent the situation from escalating. However, even as the guards stepped in, the woman continued to voice her anger. “He almost hit my car, and then he spit on me, and you thought it was funny, right?” she yelled across the checkout area. She then revealed that she had followed them home and also took the time to repeat the address back to the cashier. Throughout the ordeal, shoppers stood by watching quietly while some recorded the altercation on their phones.
