Fire Quartz is a rare mineral that is well-liked by the majority of villagers in Stardew Valley and can be quite profitable outside of farming. However, as it is rare, finding any Fire Quartz can be difficult if you don’t know where to look. Here’s where you can look to find all the Fire Quartz you could need.

How to Get Fire Quartz

Stardew Valley Fire Quartz

The easiest and surest way to find Fire Quartz is to head down to the deepest levels in the mine. You will need to head to level 80. Levels 80 and higher have a greater chance of having it on the floor. You also have a chance of finding them when you grab Magma or Omni Geodes. Both of which could give you Fire Quartz when you bring them to Clint.

Otherwise, you can try to find it in bodies of water. Though it does not have as high of a chance as perusing the mines, fishing will give you a chance. Just go to a body of water and hope that you pick up an underwater treasure chest. You can also try panning for the mineral. You’ll only have this option once you have removed the boulder from the cave entrance.

However, these methods have a very small chance of actually dropping this rare mineral. Going to the mines and looking through the floors is your best bet. But by this point you might be thinking: what is the point of all this?

Well, Fire Quartz is a mineral that sells for 100g at regular shops and 130g at the Gemologist. If that doesn’t float your boat, you can always smelt one down and get three Refined Quartz. These might only sell for 50g, but if you sell all three, you stand to make a 150g profit. Fire Quartz is also well-liked by everyone. So, if you need to boost your affection level with some villagers, just give them this shiny mineral and watch their affection grow.

Overall though, hopefully, this helped you score some easy Fire Quartz in Stardew Valley. If it did, let us know in the comments below. As well, share it around so it can help others!
