It has been revealed that Stephen “tWitch” Boss left a suicide note at the hotel he was found dead. On Tuesday, the late 40-year-old DJ was found dead in the room’s bathroom of the hotel he had checked into the previous day.
According to reports, Boss had checked into the “Oak Tree Inn” in Encino at around 10.30 am on Monday, which is located only a mile away from his home.

A suicide note was found at the scene of DJ tWitch’s death. According to Law enforcement sources, the note found was an “ambiguous reference” to challenges the Ellen DeGeneres Show DJ faced in the past. There was no clear reference to any particular issue.
According to reports, the dancer had gone to a motel, a mile from his home, and checked in on Monday morning. Boss had placed his phone on airplane mode so as to avoid being contacted or tracked.
Allison Holker, DJ tWitch’s wife, with whom he just celebrated his 9th anniversary three days before his death, had contacted the Los Angeles police on Tuesday. Holker, who is also a dancer, reported her husband missing as he had left the house without saying anything or taking his car along a day before. Boss was not responding to Holker’s calls which she found strange, and decided to report to the police.
According to DailyMail, Holker reported that there was no disagreement or dispute before the late star left the house. Later, a 911 call came in from a motel reporting an emergency. tWitch Boss was found dead in the motel by a housekeeper.

On Wednesday, Boss’ wife, Holker, announced the painful death of her husband.
In a tribute to Boss, Holker revealed that the DJ “was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.” Holker ended her heartfelt statement by saying that she would “save the last dance” for Boss.
Boss died at the age of 40 leaving behind his wife; Allison Holker, and three children; 14-year-old Weslie, 6-year-old Maddox, and 3-year-old Zaia. Boss’ family will continue to honor the memory of DJ tWitch.
