Stephen “tWitch” Boss‘s widow, Allison Holker, has found love again more than a year after his painful passing. The choreographer debuted her new romance on social media for the first time, and fans cheered the exciting news.
In an Instagram post shared on Thursday, Holker soft-launched her new man. She shared a photo of their shadows holding hands and captioned it with a simple red heart emoji. In no time, the comments section was bombarded with congratulatory messages. Fellow widow Amanda Kloots, who lost her husband Nick Cordero, led the remarks, writing, “Very happy for you.” One fan penned, “It’s been a long time coming. Proud of you for taking the leap,” while another wrote, “Everyone deserves another love chance. I wish you nothing but love and happiness, Allison.” A fourth heartwarming comment read:
“Ahh I LOVE seeing this! So happy for you both. Just please tell me this guy can dance!!?? 😂😂🎉. You and Twitch will always be my favorite dancers!”
Holker hasn’t revealed the identity of her new partner or when their romance began, but this is great news for the So You Think You Can Dance alum. The dancer got married to Boss in 2013, but their fairytale love was cut short when the Ellen DeGeneres Show star took his life. Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in December 2022, leaving behind Holker and their three kids.

Back in May, Holker, in an interview, addressed her late husband’s mental struggles that he fought privately. According to her, Boss lived a double life — one where he brought others joy and the other where he drowned in depression. “It’s interesting. I knew him as Stephen. A lot of people knew him as ‘tWitch.’ Very two different humans,” she said on Taylor Lautner’s podcast, The Squeeze. The mother-of-three added:
“He wore this character of ‘tWitch,’ and it did become a part of who he was but that extroverted personality was not natural for him. So when he would go out as ‘tWitch’ and make sure he’s spreading all this love and joy…it would drain his energy.”
Holker noted that Boss also struggled with depression. However, he usually overcame it until he didn’t the final time.
