This time, it was all thanks to her Anna Cardwell tribute post. On Tuesday, the matriarch took to TikTok to dedicate a post to Cardwell, one month after her demise. The reality TV star shared an emotional video with Alan Jackson’s Sissy’s Song playing in the background. The clip featured various happy moments Cardwell shared with her family before passing away.
Despite battling adrenal cancer, Cardwell looked happy, smiling from ear to ear at every point. Over the video, Mama June added a heartfelt text overlay that read:
“I can’t believe it’s been a month you have been gone it doesn’t seem real we all miss u so much u r always with us and u will never b forgetteno e u b***h always.”
Fans Bash Mama June For Typos in Her Anna Cardwell Tribute Post
Shortly after Mama June shared the tribute, a fan reposted the clip on Reddit, and fans rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts. Many couldn’t look past Mama June’s numerous typos in the text overlay and expressed their anger and disappointment.
“Tacky as always,” a fan wrote, while another commented, “Did she have a stroke while typing this or what?” A third angry and disgusted Redditor also noted:
“The english/grammar in this is disgusting for a tribute. If I passed and my mom posted something like this I’d be mad.”
Another fan suggested that the family should use their gift donations to hire a proofreader for their social media posts. Besides Mama June’s typos, fans criticized her use of cuss words all the time.
“I swear I just had a stroke reading the last sentence. Why does June use cuss words so much? Especially talking about her deceased child? It’s very weird.”
