Anyone living in the United States will be keen to tell you that things are rather tumultuous right now. If conversations aren’t about the state of our economy, then they’re about how we elected a failed businessman to be our President. However, there are a handful of people in the world still willing to go out of their way to prove that not everyone is as terrible as they seem. One gentleman in Tampa Bay approached a group of protesters waving a Mexican flag to let them know that not only were they doing a good job but also provided brief advice on how to stand out.
The video above showcases a group of protesters waving a Mexican flag when suddenly, an older gentleman approaches them. Unfortunately, if an older person approaches you in this day and age, you can hope for the best but likely need to expect the worst. Fortunately, things took an immense turn when, instead of badgering the protestors, the man showed his gratitude for them. He might have done it a little aggressively, especially since I thought he would change his mind at any moment, but at least he got his point across!

By the end of the video, you can tell that the protestors were filled with a new sense of joy and confidence. Even the way that the old man walked away made it seem like he knew he had just done a good thing.
Various protests have kicked off all across the United States in response to the political, economic, and social state of the country. However, what’s normally paired with these protests is an influx of ignorant people looking to make a stink. I’m happy that these protesters were able to be on their way without any issues.
