The couple have been seen spending a ton of time together in New York before the Chiefs’ star has to return to Kansas City to resume the team’s schedule. Meanwhile, Swift is getting ready to head back out on tour. On Monday, the couple spent their date night at the Cleveland Guardians MLB playoff game against the New York Yankees, where they sparked engagement rumors.
The Sun reports that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were seen sitting in a box at Yankee stadium. The couple matched in black outfits, as the athlete watched his hometown Cleveland Guardians fall to the Yankees in Game 1 of the series. The camera cut to Swift and Kelce on multiple occasions. Each time, they looked to be loved up and happy.

At one point, the camera caught Taylor and Travis in a romantic moment was they snuggled close together during a conversation. The couple held hands, and a ring can clearly be seen on the singer’s finger. Of course, fans immediately began to speculate that the sparkler may be an engagement ring given to her from Kelce.
“Is that an engagement ring?” one person commented.
“Is Taylor Swift wearing a (small) engagement ring?” another asked.
“Some people thought that Taylor was wearing an engagement ring. However, it was on her middle finger. If they are engaged they’re keeping it quiet. Besides, I think they’re both too busy to think about wedding plans right now,” said one fan.
“I so wish that was an engagement ring but it’s not,” a fourth comment read.
Swift and Kelce haven’t announced any marriage plans publicly. However, it was recently reported that those in their inner circle are hoping for an engagement in the very near future.
“They’re so in love,” an insider told Us Weekly last month. “Friends hope an engagement is a sure thing in the future.”
Although Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are staying quiet about the future of their relationship, fans were thrilled to see them looking so happy together. Especially after recent breakup rumors circulated online. For now, it seems that they’re taking it one day at a time.
