The Apple TV+ sports comedy-drama series Ted Lasso will return on March 15 for Season 3. Fan-favorite characters make an appearance while making “believe” posters. Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, Phil Dunster, Cristo Fernández, and Toheeb Jimoh are returning. There’s no Nate (Nick Mohammed) since apparently he has jumped ship and works for Rupert (Anthony Head) at West Ham United now. If you saw the end of Season 2, you know that Nate morphed into a bully. The teaser trailer has Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis) say “Well, if seeing is believing, then I believe we’ve been seen.” Sudeikis and Goldstein have both affirmed that Season 3 will be the last of Ted Lasso upon its return. The sports comedy-drama series has become one of the most popular series on Apple TV+. At least fans have one last season to enjoy.
One Last Season of Jason Sudeikis as the Iconic Ted Lasso
Season 1 showed an optimistic and charismatic American football coach trying to learn how European football is played. Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) tries to get back at her ex-husband by hiring Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis) but ends up healing her broken heart with Ted’s help. Nate is acknowledged by his peers and becomes an assistant coach at the end of Season 1. Ted Lasso took audiences by storm and fans are eager for the return with Season 3. The Apple TV+ sports comedy-drama series has gone strong for two seasons, and has its many accolades to show for it. Even though it has had a short run time, Season 3 of Ted Lasso will be an end of an era. Ted brings out the best out of his colleagues despite his lack of experience as a European football coach.
Hopefully Ted makes Nate see the error of his ways. Keely (Juno Temple) needs to find her feet with her PR agency. You can catch Season 1 and Season 2 on Apple TV+ of the sports comedy-drama series Ted Lasso before it returns for Season 3 on March 15.
