David Eason and Jenelle Evans are declaring victory today over CPS. According to The Sun, the younger children will not be removed from the Teen Mom couple’s North Carolina home. The Child Protective Service’s case is now closed. Sources close to the investigation claim that the case involving the younger children is separate from the case involving Jenelle Evans’ teenage son, Jace Evans.
The informant adds that following the interviews with Ensley and Kaiser, the CPS agents couldn’t find enough information warranting the removal of the younger children. However, the case involving Jace Evans and David Eason looks to be amping up quickly. Based on David’s past actions, fans claim they fear for the two children’s safety.
As previously reported, Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans’ and Davi Easons’ troubles are nowhere near over. David’s charges have been upgraded to felony charges for alleged assault by strangulation.

On September 28, Jace Evans alleges that he fled his Teen Mom home after a reported physical attack involving his stepdad, David Eason. Of course, David claims he is innocent of all charges and accusations made by his 14-year-old stepson Jace.
However, new information continues to develop, stating otherwise. Witnesses are coming forward to speak out on Jace’s behalf. There is another crucial bit of information. The source also claims that authorities have a ring camera video that reportedly proves otherwise.
At this point, Jace Evans has no plans to return to his mother, Teen Mom Jenelle Evans’s home, as long as David Eason is there. New information reveals Jenelle has since visited Jace since he was moved to another location. But The Ashley claims he is under the care of someone directly connected to David Eason. Eason is said to be due back in court sometime in April.
