Former Teen Mom Jenelle Evans and her husband, David Eason, could allegedly be in a lot of trouble over her son Jace Evans’ alleged claims of assault. Jace claims David laid hands on him while his mom, who was a witness, stood by and did nothing about it.
CPS has been riding David and Jenelle Evans pretty hard with multiple interviews and chats with Jenelle’s two younger children, Kaiser Griffith and Ensley Evans. Both Jenelle and David call BS on Jace’s accusations. However, they may find themselves in hot water with the judge once they go to court.

Jenelle Evans shared her most recent attempt to play happy family on her Instagram stories. She posted a few holiday photos of their Christmas tree and Ensley. She captioned the images in a manner that her followers felt was too forced. Celebuzz reports that David Eason, a cast member, managed to push back his court appearance until after the first of the year. Why and how is unclear.
