Tennessee Woman Causes a Scene Inside McDonald’s After Son Received Gross Order by Mistake: ‘You Want My Child To Get Sick?’

Those aren’t nuggets

Tennessee McDonald's Showdown

Fast food is supposed to be convenient, cheap, and most importantly, edible. However, that was not the case for this angry Tennessee mother, who had to storm back into a McDonald’s to demand to know what they had attempted to serve her child for their meal. The woman would film a TikTok video and post it to the account @rees.family as the clip continues to strive for viral status. The video shows an altercation between an employee and the mother, with things getting heated.

The TikTok video starts with a bang, as the woman is already furious about the situation. As she storms into the McDonald’s, she places all of her child’s food items on the front counter. However, it is not until she opens the McNuggets box that social media users see the issue. As the box opens, inside is clearly not chicken nuggets but a burger patty, topped only with melted cheese. The item is completely covered in cheese, as some of it is even melting off into the box. The Tennessee woman would then ask the employee, “Please tell me what that is.” The worker then replies, “I don’t know,” in an annoyed tone.

Tennessee Mother Has Gross McDonald’s Experience As TikTok Reacts

Despite this being a relatively serious issue, the McDonald’s employee doesn’t seem too concerned. As the TikTok continues, the mother explains that this is not what she had ordered and that she had just been through the drive-thru a few moments ago. Yet even with these complaints, the employee seems uninterested in what the woman has to say. The Tennessee mother then states that “I want my money back.”

Although this would spin off into a completely different issue, as she can not get a refund at the moment, the employee claimed that they can not give her her money back because she had a mobile app and must do it through her phone. “If you ordered through the app, we can’t do nothing,” states the employee. This, in turn, angers the mother even more, as she begins to use vulgar language toward the worker. However, the employee asks her to stop because there are children in the building. Unfortunately, this only makes the situation worse, though, as the woman asks, “You want my child to get sick?” regarding the gross food item.

The Tennessee McDonald’s employee would then grab all of the items and put them in the bag as she walked off without a word. The woman recording is then left confused and angry as the TikTok video cuts off. Sadly, this story doesn’t have a satisfying ending, and itis unclear whether this mother received a refund. Fast food may be quick and easy, but sometimes it’s better to eat at home.
