Playing Terraria, you will be able to create and find a lot of items. And trust us, you will spend a lot of time if you want to find and see all the content in Terraria. For example, there are many items and furniture which can increase your Luck. And this is one of the most important stats in Terraria.

One of the most interesting Luck increasing furniture in Terraria is the Garden Gnomes. One Garden Gnome increases your Luck by 0.2 at the same range as campfires. And while getting Garden Gnomes in Terraria is fairly easy, it can take quite a bit of your time.

First, you must find the Gnomes. These small mobs spawn in the underground layer next to natural Living Tree walls and natural Dirt walls. They don’t pose much of a threat, but they can knock you back hard. So, we recommend looking for them near the roots of Living Trees.

And when you have found the Gnomes, it’s time to turn them into furniture. These mobs spawn near underground walls because they are afraid of sunlight. And this is not surprising, we would also not want to go out into the sunlight if it turned us into furniture that increases Luck.

And it is worth noting that you should not run far away from the Gnome, as it may get upset and stop chasing you. Finally, when exposed to sunlight, the Gnome will irrevocably transform into a Garden Gnome in one of five possible poses.

That’s all you need to know about how to get a Garden Gnome in Terraria. Getting them is easy enough if you know where to look. And while you are here, take a look at our guide on how to get Soul of Night in Terraria.
