The video begins with the manager claiming that there are no excuses for mistakes while pointing out that the waiter goes to school and has to get up at 6:30 a.m. The situation becomes more heated when the boyfriend informs the manager, “I’m not arguing.” The manager responds, “I am arguing.” When the couple questions this, she adds, “Next time, don’t give us a hard time.” The girlfriend accuses her of having unprofessional behavior.
The girlfriend argues that “nobody behaved in any type of way. You got really rude for no reason.” The manager accuses them of trying to return all food items. When they ask who she is, she says, “We can refuse service for any reason.” As the argument continues, she claims they don’t want to pay. At the end of the video, she threatens to call the Houston Police Department and tells them they’re banned from coming again.
