Texas TikToker Claims Black Users Flooded ‘White And Proud’ Facebook Group To Make Members Mad: ‘Diabolically Hilarious’

A Texas TikToker claims Black Facebook users took over a public group called “White and Proud,” leaving many of its original members frustrated while others joined in on the jokes.

In the video, the creator scrolls through screenshots from the Facebook group, showing posts and comments that appeared after an influx of Black users began participating in discussions.

“There’s a White and Proud Facebook group that’s currently being taken over by Black people,” she says at the start of the clip. “Somehow, we found the group, and now people are mad because all the white people are like, ‘Why are there so many Black people?’”

One screenshot shows a member writing, “The ‘Blacks’ have infiltrated this group. We can’t have *expletive*.”

The comment section quickly turned sarcastic.

One user replied, “First time getting colonized?” while another posted inside the group, “Why so many white people in this group?”

The Texas TikToker then showed another post telling non-white members to leave.

“If you aren’t white, you need to leave this group. Don’t y’all know how to read,” the post said.

According to the TikToker, one woman named Mandy appeared to welcome the new members instead of pushing them out. The creator pointed to Mandy’s comment, which simply read, “I invited them.”

More screenshots featured users joking about the situation, with one person writing, “We just invading spaces that nobody want us at. Sounds familiar, don’t it?”

According to the TikToker, the group’s administrators eventually responded by making membership more restrictive.

“They realized they were being infiltrated, so they made it to where you have to fill out a form in order to join the group,” she said.

The authenticity of the screenshots shown throughout the TikTok video has not been independently verified. One image appeared to show an application asking prospective members questions including, “Are you white?”, “Are you proud of your heritage?”, and “Are you proud of your culture?”

The Texas TikToker also showed what appeared to be one of the group’s rules, which read, “Keep it white,” followed by a message telling “darker skinned individuals” to create their own page instead.

She ended the video by laughing at the situation.

Internet Reacts to Texas TikToker’s Viral Facebook Group Video

One commenter summed up the mood in a single line: “Diabolically hilarious haha love to see it.” Another suggested a better name for the original group entirely, joking, “Honestly, if white people want a group that nobody else will join, they need to call it ‘potato salad with raisins in it’ or something like that.”

A third raised a pointed question about the anonymous posters, writing, “I don’t get it… ‘Are you proud of being white, are you proud of your heritage’, yet the members submitting these ‘white and proud’ posts are largely posting anonymously? If they’re so proud, why aren’t they standing by their beliefs and using their real profiles?”

Another pushed the critique further, arguing, “How sad does your life have to be that the thing you’re ‘proud’ of is something you did nothing to get. It takes no skill, no education, no level of work ethic, no investment in any way to be white, so what the *expletive* are you proud of lol, so pathetic.”

A fifth commenter kept it short: “That is pretty damn funny actually. They all just busted in on their house party.”

Whether the group has changed since the video was posted remains unclear, but the screenshots turned what appeared to be a niche Facebook community into a viral discussion about race, online communities, and what happens when private corners of the internet suddenly attract millions of eyes.
