Texas Woman at Wits End With Drunken Neighbor’s Antics: ‘Do You Hear This?’

Every Note Is A Microaggression

Angela CatholdiBy Angela CatholdiOctober 1, 20253 Mins Read
Three photos of a woman in Texas. She's wearing a black wide brim hat, eyeglasses, and a bright red v-neck tshirt. Text on the images details her neighbor's loud music and drunken behavior, and asks the public for their help.

Our homes should be our havens. We live there, sometimes work there, and count on them for relaxation. So what do we do when a neighbor stands in the way of our peace, controlling the environment for all surrounding properties? A woman in Texas has sadly been dealing with her drunken neighbor disrupting the entire street for over 16 years.

@survivorwarrior2025

Someone PLEASE tell me wth I can do, legally. The sheriffs did tell me they want to catch him on my property. I never wanted it to come to this but he verbally threatened my life and is disruptive as all heck. All of us in the neighborhood are tired of it. Weโ€™re in a HOA, too! Heโ€™s the reason our neighborhood went to trash. People canโ€™t enjoy themselves at the pool with their kids. I pray and pray and pray for him but I feel as if the enemy has a strong hold on him now. I miss my sweet, lovable friend and wish heโ€™d get the help he needs to find peace. #neighbors #help #drunkneighborlife

โ™ฌ original sound – SURVIVOR-WARRIOR

The Texas resident, who goes by @survivorwarrior2025 on TikTok, recently posted a video detailing all she has endured. Although at first, she tried to show compassion towards the person causing all the problems, his behavior has recently escalated in ways she can’t ignore.

The man in question blasts his music several days a week. Sometimes he starts as early as 6:30 in the morning and doesn’t turn it down until after 10 PM. He plays it so loudly, the walls of the people living all around him may as well be nonexistent. And lately, he turned up the dial on his obnoxious behavior. He verbally threatened her life.

Survivorwarrior2025 explained a bit more about why she extended the man an inordinate grace period, and why she is now speaking up:

We were friends, you know? He lost his brother, and I felt for him. And I even told people in my community, look, I have compassion for him… It’s just got so bad.

Many of the Texas neighbors have rallied together, contacting the sheriff. Despite them being in a HOA community, the sheriff informed them their county does not have a noise ordinance. Furthermore, since the man’s threats weren’t captured in a recording, law enforcement said they can’t help in that department either.

SurvivorWarrior2025 asked viewers what she should do in this instance. Even while she was recording, she could hear the man slurring the words of his earsplitting song through the wall. She couldn’t help but laugh, incredulous that nothing can legally stop his behavior.

Drunken Texas Singer Makes Neighbors Suffer Too

Not only is he disruptive with his booming playlist. He’s roaming through his family-friendly Texas neighborhood while wasted, in only his underwear. He shows up at the public pool and blasts all his music there too.

Survivorwarrior2025 goes on to say that she also uses her home as an Airbnb, and has to get up early. Both situations should be her prerogative, but her neighbor is forcing a loud and disruptive environment on everyone, whether they want it or not.

Viewers chimed in with a number of thoughts. Some told her to turn to God, while others encouraged continued calls to the sheriff and HOA board.

Let’s hope someone finds a solution.
