Get ready to get spooked because Supermassive Games, the brains behind the horror hitย Until Dawn, will be bringing their craft for multiple platforms. The developer has just announced that they will be working alongside Bandai Namco to bringย Theย Dark Picturesย anthology. A series of games promoting a unique narrative style and branching storyline choices that would determine who lives and who dies. The first game that will be part ofย The Dark Picturesย series isย Man of Medanย which will also be on PC. Check out the trailer below.
Man of Medanย will follow a group of intrepid explorers looking for salvage and treasure beneath the waves. Instead of riches, theyโll only find ghostly phantoms and murderous spirits.
As you can see from the trailer above, there are also a few creepy scenes in a shipโs boiler room. The trailer shows us five peopleย on an expedition, and theyย don’t seem to all know one another. Finding out who they are and why they disturbed phantoms and murderous spirits will be fun. These nightmares awakened, whereย did they come fromย originally this question excites fans.
We donโt know too much yet aboutย Man of Medanย but, sufficed to say. Fans are looking forward to it. My best friend is a fan ofย Until Dawnย for the PS4 although I have aย propensity to avoid horror movies and games. The gameplay ofย Until Dawnย is unique and offered a fresh take on the adventure-slash-horror genre. The decisions you make are crucial, given that they affect the story as you progress.
