The Kardashians is about to return for season 5, and fans are worried about matriarch Kris Jenner. In the trailer for the Hulu reality series, Kris says to her family, “I had my scan. They found a cyst and like a little tumor.” Kris hasn’t publicly shared a serious health issue recently, so it’s assumed all turned out well for the reality star. However, the family has been known to keep certain aspects of their lives private, so her exact fate remains to be seen.
More Health Emergencies for the Kardashians
Kris Jenner wasn’t the only family member who experienced a health scare during filming. The Kardashians trailer also shows Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s pregnancy journey, which included emergency fetal surgery. “This is the best blessing in the world, but it’s a high-risk pregnancy,” Kourtney says, adding that the surgery was “terrifying.”
The rest of the family is seemingly in a similar place to where they left off in season 4. Kim Kardashian is working as an actor, running her businesses, and trying to complete law school. Khloé Kardashian is keeping busy as a single mom and has a touch of drama with her sisters. Scott Disick is included in some scenes in the series, but he doesn’t seem to have a prominent role.
Kendall and Kylie Take a Step Back
The youngest sisters, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, aren’t featured much in the trailer, either. Kylie has previously revealed that she doesn’t love being famous, which could account for her smaller role in the series. As for Kendall, the model opened up to Vogue as the cover star for the publication’s June/July issue, saying there are many things she’d rather be doing than filming a reality series. “It’s not my biggest cup of tea. And to be honest, I’ve never been very comfortable filming. I just feel I’m not good at it,” The Kardashians star said.
