You won’t be able to bench, lift, or pull for more than a few reps if your Stamina is low. Developing your Stamina increases your bar and allows you to sustain exercises for much longer. Although it’s not as flashy as the boosts you can get by spending Robux, high Stamina can carry you far even if you’re FTP. Here are some of the best ways to raise your Stamina in Gym League Roblox:
- Run on the treadmill
- Buy Gym Store power-ups like the Chocolate Bar and Master Drink
- Unlock stronger power-ups like Death Potion
Although high-tier unlockables like the Death Potion are the most efficient, even the 15% Stamina Regen buff from a measly Chocolate Bar helps. Chow down to stack as many buffs as you can, then jump on the treadmill for a while. You’ll start slow, but keep going.
