Throughout your travels, during or after battles, it is essential to provide yourself with medicines and other supplies. The game offers many opportunities to get aid, whether in stores, by looting, or by crafting. So that you know what consumables are best to take into battle, we have created the list of the top 5 best aid medicines in Starfield. Aid will be an indispensable thing in many moments, such as the Red Mile, where you need to go through an obstacle course as quickly as possible to press the button and return. Below, we will talk in more detail about the aids we have selected, as well as how to get them.

Starfield: Best Aid Items

Aids can be divided into two categories, namely:

  • Medical: Restores health and provides immunity to certain damage.
  • Enhancer: Consumables that provide you with additional buffs for combat or defense.

Our list consists of both categories, as they are essential in the battle. Also, we will tell you the recipes for crafting these aids so that you can make them yourself and not waste credits.

5. Pick-Me-Up – Enhancer

There are situations when you need to take a lot of loot from a location or after boarding a ship. The problem is that sometimes you run out of space in your inventory, and then Pick-Me-Up comes to your rescue. This is an indispensable item if you like to take everything in your cache because it will give you a buff that allows you to increase your carrying capacity. This way, you’ll have 15 minutes to carry things for 50 more units than usual.

Its craft may be more difficult than of other aids on this list, but in return, you get a good consumable that will be useful in many situations. Here’s how to craft a Pick-Me-Up:

  • Membrane x1
  • Metabolic Agent x1
  • Aqueous Hematite x2

While exploring the planets, you will be affected by many external factors, and sometimes it is difficult to survive ignoring them. In most cases, the main factors that can hinder you are too cold or too hot climates, but Heal Paste will help you with this. By consuming it and gaining resistance to Frostbite and Burns, you will be able to successfully continue your journey and complete tasks in the hottest or coldest spots.

Another good news is that crafting is relatively cheap and easy because the necessary materials are often at hand. Here are the resources you’ll need to craft Heal Paste:

  • Analgestic x1
  • Membrane x1
