In the Red Mile bar and casino, you can have fun and earn some Credits and other rewards. Next, you will learn how to complete the Red Mile quest in Starfield. The developers have done an impressive job and created a real obstacle course for players, and after completing it, you will receive generous rewards. You can do all this by visiting Red Mile, and we will provide you with all the necessary tips to complete this challenge.

You can visit the casino bar to take part in the race on Porrima III. This is a fairly popular planet, and you can also visit it during some quests. Porrima III is located in the Porrima star system, which contains 5 other planets that you can explore. Fortunately, for beginners, it will be a great place to visit because you don’t need to have a high level to complete the Red Mile – 15-20 is enough. The planet is located at the top of the star system, and the casino bar will be tagged with a marker on Porrima III itself.

You can also access Red Mile as part of a quest from the Freestar Collective faction. It is probably thanks to this side quest that you will visit this planet and Red Mile for the first time.

The essence of the task is that you will need to go from the starting point to the lighthouse, where you will need to press a button and then return. Many alien creatures called Maulers will rise on your way. They usually swarm in groups, which makes them difficult to defeat, so we recommend avoiding the encounter so that you have a better chance of survival.

To successfully complete the race, you will have to prepare carefully. First, stock up on medical kits and good weapons. We recommend choosing a laser weapon if you have it, as it will help you keep enemies at a distance, so you can move on. In addition, if possible, install the Exterminator mod on your weapon, which increases damage against aliens by 30%.

Also, don’t forget about the spacesuit. In this case, Mantis is a suitable option, and the Beast Hunter mod will reduce damage from aliens by 15%. This is important because these creatures inflict significant damage with explosive rounds that they release from their mouths. Furthermore, don’t forget about your boost pack, it will be significant in this race, so try to upgrade it as much as possible.

It is also important that you have at least some of the following skills:

  • Rejuvenation
  • Lasers
  • Medicine
  • Boost Pack Training

If you prepare well, you shouldn’t have any problems completing the Red Mile.

To start the challenge, you’ll first need to talk to Mei. Once you’ve completed the dialog, she will announce to the visitors that there is someone willing to complete the Red Mile, and then you can go to the elevator that will take you to the beginning of the race.

Once you start the challenge, you can follow three main paths:

  1. Left
  2. Middle
  3. Right

We recommend choosing the first option because if you take the middle path, you will face a rather strong opponent who is difficult to defeat and avoid. The right one may take longer to complete, but the left one is just the easiest.

Just move forward, avoiding the Maulers, and keep running, using your boost pack occasionally. When you arrive at the lighthouse, press the button and head back as quickly as possible. We recommend using your boost pack to move faster downhill, but only in situations where you are falling from such a high altitude that you could die or break a limb. Once you arrive at the starting point, the race will be completed and you can collect your rewards.

The race itself can be played many times, which gives you a good opportunity to have fun and earn Credits. Despite this, after you complete it for the first time, you can get unique rewards. In our case, it was the following:

  • Brute Force shotgun.
  • Credits.

If you liked this challenge and want to try it again, you are more than welcome to try. The good news is that you will get different rewards for this as well.
