Ever since the Black Ops 6 integration of Warzone was released, most people have been playing with the new BO6 guns to level them up and find the meta. However, the devs have not fully nerfed the MW2/MW3 weapons yet, and some of them are more robust than the Black Ops 6 guns in Warzone right now.
Kar98k
The almighty Kar98k is still kicking as one of the game’s fastest and most accurate marksman/sniper rifles. Honestly, I have this issue of missing some of the easiest shots with the Black Ops 6 sniper rifles, which could be the optic or something, but with the Kar98k and Range Caller scope, my accuracy is boosted.
The MW3 Kar98k is still killing the opponents with a single bullet to the head up to 67m range in Black Ops 6 Warzone, and there’s no sign of nerfing it since it’s a fan favorite. Not to mention that the ADS speed of the Kar98k is one of the best in its class, which can be improved with a single attachment: Target Sling.
ISO Hemlock
The ISO Hemlock AR weapon of the MW2 got me the first time I tested it in Area 99 of Black Ops 6 Warzone. This gun was meta 2 years ago, and then it was nerfed to a mid-tier AR in the MW3 era. But watching it crack and kill full-plated targets in BO6 Warzone is bizarre and pleasant.
The Hemlock of the ISO weapon family is not super accurate, but it can deliver high punching power that can be boosted with the High Grain Rounds attachment. Unfortunately, the underbarrel attachments are glitched for the old weapons in Warzone right now, but there are muzzles and rear grips to buff the precision.
Lachmann Shroud
Even without the Slide To Fire ability, the Lachman Shroud is so damn powerful in Warzone right now. The damage and fire rate of this MW2/MW3 submachine gun is high-tier, combined with a soft recoil that you can control without trying.
The trick is to use the JAK Decimator conversion kit, which works as a fire switch for the Lachmann Shroud, turning it into a full auto SMG. However, our choice of attachments for this gun is a bit limited, so we’re sticking with stock and underbarrel for this one. No worries about the mobility though, the Lachy Shroud is quite balanced.
Kastov 762
It felt so off when MW2 brought forth Kastov 762 instead of the all-time favorite AK-47. It’s quite identical with a polish of modernity, but still, this gun was not a crown holder back in the days of Warzone 2.0 and the MW3 integration. However, Black Ops 6 is here, and it seems like the AK-74 has a competition.
This MW2/MW3 assault rifle is a hard-hitting gun that needs a few attachments to dominate the mid-range combat in the Black Ops 6 Warzone. Quartermaster Suppressor, Exo-Tac stock, and Hex-40 Grip underbarrel and you’re good to go.
KVD Enforcer
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I tested the KVD Enforcer in a few matches, and well, this gun is still 4 tapping! The DMR meta of Warzone started last year when the MTZ Interceptor and KVD Enforcer became the enemy line breakers of the game. And after a few sweet nerfs, the nightmare of the sniper lovers is back.
The range is good, you can kill the opponents by hitting their upper body 4 times beyond 100 meters. The damage is also consistent if you’re accurate with your shots. You may even drop the enemy by wasting only three bullets if you get headshots. So, while the Black Ops 6 marksman rifles are almost useless in Warzone, we can enjoy the best of the old MW2/MW3 meta weapons and give the opponents a reason to drop their controller when they watch the kill cam.
