Political choices are now affecting bedroom matters more than ever. A Nashville, Tennessee woman refused to be intimate with a man simply because he voted for Donald Trump.
The woman took to TikTok to share the way the man reacted after she said that to him. “I told this guy I wasn’t going to sleep with him because he voted for Trump, then he didn’t like that.” Then I said, “Well, honey, I’m not going to give my body to somebody who wouldn’t fight for it politically, and he didn’t like that either.” She added that the man did not understand what she meant, and she was not interested in explaining herself. “You can’t fix stupid,” she said, shrugging. The post sure made waves online, sparking discourse.
“They told us to choose better, and now that we are, they don’t like it,” one TikToker explained in the comments. Another found the silver lining, writing, “That is one good thing that Trump has brought us: you can judge somebody’s character immediately and then take appropriate steps.”
Many users shared the Nashville woman’s sentiment. “If a man doesn’t understand what ‘I wouldn’t give my body to someone who wouldn’t fight for it politically,’ he doesn’t deserve the love of a woman,” one wrote.
