When it comes to gaming, there are two types of players. Those who only care about performance, and others who put a strong focus on appearance. Well, when it comes to Honkai Star Rail, we like to think we’re a mix of both. I mean, how could we not be with so many gorgeous husbandos? Sure, there aren’t as many as there are waifus, but there’s definitely enough eye candy to rank the 10 hottest in the game.
We all know HoYoverse loves releasing new ladies for each of their gacha games. You just need to look at Honkai: Impact 3rd to see what we’re talking about. However, in the rare situation when we get a new husband, boy, they bring out the big guns and give us someone worth looking at. That’s why today, we’re throwing skills out the window and sticking to what really matters: looks.
10. Dr. Ratio
As the new guy on the block, Dr. Ratio is far down the list because we haven’t gotten the chance to know him yet. However, he made it to the list because nothing can beat his design. While his name might sound taken out of a meme, his design is equally elegant and revealing, and we’re glad HoYoverse is giving us something to look at while fighting the many hordes of enemies in the game.
9. Luocha
Some of us wished we were the coffin this guy was carrying around just to spend more time with him. Ever since Luocha appeared in the game, we were struck by his looks and personality. Add that to the fact he’s a mystery and might be behind some of the bad things happening in the Xianzhou Luofu, and you have a recipe for something nice. Plus, who would say no to a quick CPR by this healer in Honkai: Star Rail?
8. Welt Yang
Welt Yang is someone who, at first, looks like he wouldn’t kill a fly. His design isn’t too impressive, and he looks like someone who wouldn’t put up much of a fight. That’s what we all thought before we saw his skills. He’s capable of summoning a black hole and shredding enemies in seconds. Definitely, someone we know would keep us safe at any time.
7. Caelus
The main protagonist had to be included here. While HoYoverse isn’t a stranger to making some top-notch main characters, the company knocked it out of the park with Honkai: Star Rail’s protagonist, making Caelus one of the hottest husbandos. His voice actor is great in whatever language you play the game in. His design is fantastic, and can pack a punch in whatever role you assign to him. A true hero of the cosmos and the one who stole our hearts initially.
6. Luka
Even if he hasn’t gotten a lot of screen time, Luka is one that stole our hearts ever since we saw him on that specific Light Cone, you know the one we’re talking about. Besides being someone who loves fighting for sport, he’s got a huge heart that he’s even an honorary member of the Moles, Belobog’s most dangerous gang, or so they say. Undoubtedly, Luka is one guy we’d like to have by our side when exploring the streets of the Underworld.
5. Imbibitor Lunae/Dan Heng
We have nothing against Dan Heng’s original design, but by Pom Pom’s ears, as an Imbibitor Lunae, he’s just the best. We had no idea that a power upgrade would also bring better looks. His shift from a modern outfit to a more traditional outfit in line with the Luofu is amazing. Add to that the new powers and the long hair, and we don’t mind going bankrupt whenever he gets a re-run. If any of you own him, consider yourselves lucky.
4. Blade
You know we had to add Honkai: Star Rail’s edgy boy as one of the hottest husbandos. When we saw him in the first trailer, we all wanted to know more about him. He’s a member of the Stellaron Hunters and has a past tied to Jinliu and Dan Feng. While there are still many things we don’t know about him, we know he wouldn’t back off a fight, and we love him because of that. Bring us more broody and edgy characters, HoYoverse, please.
3. Gepard
Gepard is the captain of the Silvermane Guards, and he’s just someone we love dearly. He’s protective, responsible, professional, and caring. What else can we ask for? We’re still waiting for the day to join the ranks of Belobog’s guard just to work with this handsome boy a bit longer. We hope we get to see more of him in the future because there are a lot of people who’d like to become part of the Landau family.
2. Argenti
So far, we have the usual cool guys, the beautiful ones, the edgy ones, but we needed a charming one. Argenti delivers on all fronts. As the Knights of the Roses, or at least that’s what we call him, he embraces beauty in many ways. From his deep and seductive voice to his amazing skills. If this were a fairytale, Argenti would be the one charging to rescue many of us from danger, and we would never say no to that.
1. Jing Yuan
An Arbiter-General. One of the Six Chiaroteers of the Xianzhou Lufou. The man in whom we spent all of our Stellar Jade when the game launched, and we still don’t regret it, despite him not being the ideal DPS. Jing Yuan is one of the hottest husbandos in Honkai: Star Rail due to his iconic design, his deep voice, and the love he has for the Lufou and everyone in it. He might not rank high on other tier lists, but he ranks high as one of the hottest male characters in the game.
This list will likely get updates as soon as HoYoverse gives us more husbandos to look at. Thankfully, the company always delivers regarding designs and personalities, and we can’t wait to see what or who else is on the horizon. Hopefully, we’ll get the same quality of husbandos we’ve gotten ever since the game launched.
