The Love Is Blind season 4 women impressed beyond expectations with their performance in the just-concluded season. Season 4 of Love Is Blind will undoubtedly live in fans’ memories long after the highly-anticipated finale on April 14. Over the last couple of weeks, the show produced many special moments and first-timers — which have earned it bragging rights as the best season of Love Is Blind to date.
As usual, the season began with a cast of 30 contestants quickly trimmed down to five couples after the pods’ stage. During the pods, the contestants gave fans a brief glimpse of what to expect in the season’s latter stages as they fiercely competed for their soulmates. Fans saw a few heartbreaking moments alongside twists and turns during the pods. There were also multiple love triangles, with some even spilling into the honeymoon in Mexico and creating more drama.
However, when the dust finally settled, and the five couples emerged, viewers began understanding the dynamics between the male and female contestants. While the Love Is Blind men quickly stole the show with their emotional maturity and vulnerability, some women also complemented this vibe. However, like all Love Is Blind seasons, some female cast members also exhibited questionable behaviors, which reduced their overall likeability within the fanbase.
Tiffany Pennywell
Throughout Love Is Blind season 4, Tiffany Pennywell emerged as the undisputed fan favorite of the entire season. The 37-year-old client lead recruiter easily won the hearts of fans due to her maturity and commitment to finding love on the show — which eventually did happen. At the pods, Tiffany quickly struck a connection with Brett Brown, a 36-year-old design director for Nike. Although she fell asleep during a pod date while Brett was opening up to her, he could forgive her once she explained what happened, and the two have not looked back ever since.
Tiffany is one of the oldest cast members, and it clearly shows through her mature displays in her relationship with Brett and her interaction with the other women. Unlike other female cast members, she has largely avoided drama and appeared focused on building a life with her fiance Brett. More importantly, the Texas native is a strong independent woman who knows how to handle herself. However, Tiffany is a sweet and kind soul beneath all that strength. It is no wonder the fans love her and have been rooting for her and Brett from the start of their romance. The two showcased black love perfectly for the first time in Love Is Blind history and remained the season’s absolute favorites.
Bliss Poureetezadi
Bliss Poureetezadi was one of the Love Is Blind women who completely stole the hearts of fans with her incredible personality right from the beginning of her stint on the show. Although Bliss had to deal with a love triangle with Zack Goytowski and Irina Solomonova during the pods, her genuineness always shone through and earned her a lot of admirers. She also showed her thoughtful side when she baked cupcakes for Zack as a special treat for his birthday. Despite all her efforts, Zack opted for Irina.
However, he quickly realized he had made a mistake after a miserable honeymoon experience in Mexico. Zack later reunited with Bliss and admitted he made a mistake choosing Irina at the pods before asking her for another chance. Again, Bliss showed her depth in character by forgiving Zack and giving him a second chance. The two made history by becoming the first couple in the series to get engaged after the pods. However, throughout their relationship saga, Bliss impressed fans the most with how well she carried herself despite facing some pretty awkward moments this season.
Bliss drew much praise from fans on social media for her forgiving heart. Despite Zack’s two-mindedness and initial snub, she forgave him and worked as hard to make sure their relationship panned out the way the pair wanted. Many viewers also highlighted her incredibly strong personality for bouncing back from such an embarrassing public rejection. Thankfully, she dusted herself off and now looks increasingly likely to tie the knot with Zack by the end of the season.
Chelsea Griffin
Like most of her fellow women, Chelsea Griffin got off to a good start on Love Is Blind season 4. She brought a lot of positive energy early on and seemed very optimistic about meeting her soulmate. Unlike some women who couldn’t decide which connection to pursue, Chelsea quickly set her sights on former footballer Kwame Appiah during the pods. However, she soon found herself in a love triangle as Kwame also pursued a connection with Micah Lussier. Chelsea and Kwame eventually exchanged rings at the pods, but that was after Micah had rejected Kwame to pursue a relationship with Paul Peden.
After the pods, things went smoothly between Chelsea and Kwame despite some flirty moments between him and Micah. Nonetheless, Kwame chose to keep building their relationship; however, Chelsea’s behavior leading up to their wedding reduced her likeability within the fan base. Chelsea often refused to have serious conversations about the pair’s future and only seemed committed to getting married and solving problems later.
Chelsea appeared too clingy to Kwame, and her desperation to tie the knot with him gave off many red flags. Chelsea exhibited questionable behavior during this period that confused many viewers about her intentions. Unlike the other couples, Chelsea and Kwame entered the season finale with most viewers predicting the couple wouldn’t go ahead with the relationship. Nonetheless, the pair married during the finale and looked quite happy when they showed up at the Love Is Blind reunion.
Jackelina Bonds
Jackie Bonds’ fall from grace during season 4 of Love Is Blind will remain one of the most remarkable in the show’s history. Compared to other Love Is Blind women, Jackie quickly became a fan favorite earlier in the season due to her sweet, confident, and hilarious personality. Her diary session became the show’s highlight as she always dropped funny comments or anecdotes. On top of that, she showed her vulnerable side when she opened up to her then-fiance, Marshall Glaze, in the pods about some of her childhood trauma. Although Jackie had to choose between Marshall and Josh Demas, she eventually opted for the former.
However, despite what seemed like an amicable beginning to their relationship, Jackie and Marshall started experiencing some difficulties. Unfortunately, Jackie’s relationship with Marshall seemed to bring out the worst in her. She constantly attacked Marshall’s personality and even rejected the patient kind of love he was offering — declaring at some point that she wanted “toxic love.” Just before the season finale, Jackie received a massive backlash from fans after she ditched her wedding dress fitting to go on a date with former love interest Josh.
During their date, Jackie spent a lot of time badmouthing Marshall before sharing a kiss with Josh, although she was still engaged to Marshall at the time. She also refused to return the engagement ring she received from Marshall despite breaking up with him just days before their wedding. Her actions enraged many fans, who have now dubbed her the season’s villain. Nonetheless, the women from just concluded Love Is Blind season 4 will be remembered for creating one of the most successful seasons ever due to the number of couples it produced.
