Another amazing event has just taken place. 2016’s Playstation Experience took place over the weekend, and boy was their plenty of news. So here at The Nerd Stash, we have your top 5 trailers from the event.
First off we have some news from my favorite developer. Naughty Dog has unveiled the next standalone chapter in the Uncharted series: Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Amongst amazing graphics and the tight gameplay we’ve come to expect from the series, we also got a glimpse at who will replace Nathan Drake as the series protagonist. In Uncharted: The Lost Legacy you will play as the familiar Chloe who made her debut in Uncharted 2, and we will also seemingly get a glimpse at her relationship with Uncharted 4’s Nadine.

Next, up we got a second trailer for Ni No Kuni 2: The Revenant Kingdom. We got a look at the same familiar gameplay we came to love, and some truly stunning visuals ripped straight out of a beautifully painted anime.

Playstation Experience also offered some fans the nostalgia rush they had been craving. We got our first glimpse into The Crash Bandicoot: N’Sane Trilogy. Amazing visuals brought to a series 20 years old. And hopefully, gameplay that is somewhat a little refined.

Playstation Experience 2016, gave players something they’re not sure if they wanted. The sequel to the Playstation 4 launch title Knack. Knack 2 seems to offer more of what the first game provided, along with a large emphasis on cooperative play.

Finally the greatest reveal with all. A reveal that shook audiences to their core. The Last of Us: Part 2. We got a cinematic trailer focussed on a 19-year-old Ellie, and seemingly a tale of hate and vengeance. In The Last of Us: Part 2 you play mainly as Ellie rather than Joel, giving us an interesting perspective we may not have experienced before.
