Total War: Warhammer 3 is just around the corner, with fans of the acclaimed grand strategy series gearing up for its return. With the promise of bigger and much better battles than the previous entries offered, those who enjoy leading massive armies to territorial victory are sure to have plenty to look forward to. Those getting ready for the game though may be wondering whether their PC is geared up for such a hefty task. I have to say, I’m quite surprised with how lenient the PC system requirements for Total War: Warhammer 3 are. As much as it likely isn’t speaking of the earlier generations, an i3 being able to run this intense of a game is mindblowing. With that being said though, the system requirements don’t list the expected performance or resolutions to hit that performance. It’s entirely possible those minimum requirements could mean something like 720p/30FPS which, while fine if you’re alright with that, aren’t good enough for the average gamer. The recommended requirements, meanwhile, make a bit more sense for something like 1080p/60FPS or better. Again, that’s completely unconfirmed, but it’s an interesting thing to note either way.
All around though, hopefully this helps you determine if Total War: Warhammer 3 will be a game you can run. While we’re still a month out, the game already looks great from the trailers. You can be sure we’ll have coverage leading up to the game’s launch.
