Trace Cyrus is making bombshell claims about his ex-girlfriend Brenda Song, accusing the former Disney Channel star of faking multiple pregnancies, stealing from him, and even pretending to have a terminal brain tumor during their on-and-off relationship. The 36-year-old musician, son of Billy Ray Cyrus and older brother to pop icon Miley Cyrus, unleashed a series of explosive accusations on Instagram Wednesday, lifting the curtain on his tumultuous past with Song, now 37. The pair famously dated from 2010 to 2017.

Among the most startling allegations? Trace claimed Song used fake blood and props to convince both him and his mother, Tish Cyrus, that she was pregnant. In one comment, he wrote, “She stole thousands of dollars from me and faked multiple pregnancies. Lied about being terminally ill to make my family and I think that she had breast cancer in the brain tumor.”
He went on to describe a disturbing incident in which Song allegedly covered a bathroom floor in fake blood and faked an abortion. Trace Cyrus says he and his mother even registered her with an OB/GYN before the alleged truth began to unravel. “She also faked an abortion with fake blood covering the bathroom floor in my mom’s house,” he wrote. “That’s when all the lies started unraveling.”

Trace Cyrus also recounted an alleged lie about undergoing brain surgery. According to him, Song showed up at his house wearing a bandage, claiming she had just had a brain tumor removed by “the best surgeon in Chicago.” He said she ripped the bandage off, revealing no signs of surgery, which left his family stunned. “She didn’t realize we were catching on to her lies,” he added.
The Pray at Night artist said his mother, Tish, confronted Song once the family realized what was going on, and that Song was “humiliated” and never returned. “This was just another scenario where I was a great loving person and someone did me wrong for no reason,” Trace concluded.

The allegations come years after Trace publicly praised Song in a 2018 Instagram post following their breakup, calling her an “important part of [his] life” and saying he would “always cherish” the songs she inspired during their seven years together. Since their split, Song has moved on with Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin. The two got engaged in January 2022 and share two young children, Dakota, 4, and Carson, 2.
Trace Cyrus, who boasts over 689,000 followers on Instagram, ended his rant by saying he wouldn’t be speaking to reporters and wasn’t interested in interviews. When asked why he chose to speak out now, he simply replied, “Because I felt like it.”
As of now, Brenda Song has not responded publicly to the allegations.
