Even celebrities occasionally get starstruck. On Saturday, Sept. 23, TWICE’s Sana had a major fangirl moment when she met Emma Watson while attending Prada’s Spring 2024 Fashion Show. The event took place in Italy as part of Milan Fashion Week. Sana and Watson were invited to appear at the brand’s latest fashion showcase since they’re both Prada ambassadors. After they caught up backstage, the K-pop singer shared photos of the pair together on Instagram. Considering Sana is a big Harry Potter fan, she obviously had to mention the franchise in her caption.
TWICE’s Sana Fangirls Over Emma Watson On Instagram
TWICE’s Sana posted two with Watson on Instagram. In the first picture, the stars stand side by side as they pose for the camera. Sana looks beautiful in a light pink dress, while Watson looks radiant in a black halter gown. Meanwhile, Sana’s second photo shows the pair talking backstage. The TWICE star appears to be telling Watson something as the actress pays close attention to her.
Meeting Watson was seemingly a dream come true for TWICE’s Sana. “Forever my wizard 🖤,” she captioned her post, referencing Watson’s Harry Potter past. The British actress played the role of Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter franchise from 2001 to 2011. Watson was just 11 years old when she made her big-screen debut as Hermione. By the time the franchise ended, she was 21.
Sana has proven she’s a major Harry Potter on various occasions. In fact, there’s even a compilation video on YouTube of Sana fangirling over the films. During one clip, Sana nicknames herself “Sana Potter.” In another video, the singer was the first TWICE member to correctly identify Watson in a game.
Sana’s appearance at Prada’s 2023 Spring Fashion Show comes just weeks after she became an official ambassador for the brand. On Thursday, Sept. 7, TWICE’s official X account announced that Sana had partnered with Prada. “SANA attends Prada Mode Seoul as the BRAND AMBASSADOR for PRADA 🖤,” their post read.
Hopefully, TWICE’s Sana and Watson meet at another Prada event in the future.
