If you remember, Ubisoft’s subscription service, Ubisoft+, was announced for Xbox platforms way back in 2022. And ever since then, the two companies have been pretty quiet. Which begs the question? When are we getting Ubisoft+ on Xbox? We’ve got a release date for Ubisoft+ on Xbox for you.
Ubisoft+ Xbox Release Date

According to rumors spread around the internet and leaks by data miners, it’s been concluded that Ubisoft+ will release on Xbox pretty quietly on April 13, 2023. This coincides with Ubisoft’s XDefiant Beta window, which has been announced for the same day.
Reliable leaker, R6Scripts, stated that the Xbox subscription service was due in mid-April. As always, take any leaks with a grain of salt. But it goes without a doubt that R6 is known for his leaks, such as the Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Avatar Frontiers of Pandora Leaks.
Ubisoft has also started posting to Twitter regarding their Ubisoft+ subscription service. Still, there’s no sign of it being brought to Microsoft’s platform. Ever since, the notable leaker has gone quiet, with his account possibly terminated due to recent leaks, we won’t be getting any more Ubi leaks. Sorry guys!
It’s reported that Ubisoft+ on Microsoft’s gaming platform will feature more than 60 games on day one. Numerous Ubisoft titles have been updated with the Ubisoft+ tag too. It’s clear that Ubisoft and Microsoft have been working to bring Ubisoft+ on Xbox behind closed doors. Expect to see nearly every Assassin’s Creed title in the upcoming service.
So, what are your thoughts on the release date for Ubisoft+ on Xbox? Will it be worth the salt? Why are the two companies so quiet about the upcoming service? Are they planning a surprise reveal? Let us know in the comments below. Stay tuned for more updates on the NerdStash.
